　　1. The complete wastewater treatment system can be buried below ground level, allowing the surface to be used for landscaping or as a public square. Consequently, this equipment occupies no surface area, eliminates the need for a building, and obviates the requirement for heating or insulation.

　　2. The equipment consists of two sets of steel structures and is coated with a domestically produced anti-corrosion paint. It exhibits excellent resistance to acids, alkalis, salts, gasoline, and kerosene, as well as outstanding aging and abrasion resistance, and can even provide rust protection on rusted surfaces. After applying this coating, the service life of wastewater treatment equipment typically exceeds 15 years.

The AO biological treatment process employs a plug‑flow biological contact oxidation tank, which delivers superior treatment performance compared to completely mixed or two‑ or three‑stage series‑connected completely mixed biological contact oxidation tanks. Moreover, it features a smaller footprint than conventional activated sludge systems, exhibits strong adaptability to varying water quality, demonstrates excellent shock resistance, and ensures stable effluent quality without the risk of sludge bulking. In the AO biological treatment process, the use of a biological contact oxidation tank results in a relatively low volumetric loading on the packing material, allowing the microorganisms to operate in the endogenous respiration phase; consequently, sludge production is minimal. Moreover, the moisture content of the sludge generated in the biological contact oxidation tank is significantly lower than that of the sludge produced in an activated sludge tank. As a result, the amount of sludge discharged from the wastewater treatment system is reduced, typically requiring sludge removal only about every 90 days.
